Meet Mills Lothridge! Mills is a part of NHHS Class Of 2025 and a student-athlete. Mills plays baseball for North Hall and was 4A First Team All-Region last year in 2023. In his free time, he likes to hunt and fish. Also, he likes to hang out with family and friends. He was also SBLive Player of the Week last year!

We enjoy having Mills in our Sports Marketing class and appreciate his time chatting with us!

 

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.

A: “My mom is a teacher here at North Hall and my dad has been working in sales for 20 years. My Grandfather was the first mayor of Gainesville, his name is Danny Dunagan. My little sister is 4 years younger and loves to dance.”

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?

A: “The Bahamas because it’s beautiful.”

Q: What is one of your favorite TV shows?

A: “The Outer Banks. It’s one of my favorite places ever. It’s a fun place to travel.”

Q: What advice would you give to people?

A: “High school flies by. Do everything to remember it.”

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?

A: “Still playing ball or making a good amount of money working as a Contractor and in real estate.”

Q: What would you rate a 10 out of 10?

A: “North Hall Baseball of course.”

Q: So, you love North Hall baseball. Do you have a favorite baseball memory?

A: “Yes, my freshman year when we swept Cherokee Bluff!”

Q: What is your favorite restaurant in Gainesville?

A: “Definitely BlueFin. Their steak and fried rice is unmatched. There’s a lady there named Peggy. She makes my day because she gives me candy after I get done eating.”

Q: What is your favorite North Hall tradition?

A: “Junior Trojan baseball night. The younger kids run out onto the baseball field and say the national anthem and stand at their position.”

Q: Last but definitely not least, who is your favorite faculty member?

A: “Mrs. Sally Smith. She has been with me since seventh grade and she helps me whenever I need it.”
