Q: Tell me about yourself.
A: “I am 16 and I grew up in Georgia. I live on a small farm and I do stuff with music and guitar.”
Q: What are you involved in at North Hall?
A: “I am in DECA and I also do theater which I love! Performing’s always been a huge passion of mine and the community it builds is really not like anything found anywhere else. I’ve met pretty much all my closest friends through theater and even my girlfriend.”
Q: Who is your favorite teacher and why?
A: “ Mrs. Ewing because she’s always pushing her students to be the best they can be even when they don’t see it. She’s always been so supportive of all of her students, and really makes all her classes feel like a family.”
Q: Tell me about your family.
A: “I have an older sister who is a senior at North hall, I’m the middle child, and I also have a younger sister.”
Q: Tell me about your future career.
A: “I am fine with whatever happens in my life with my career since God’s always got a plan for everyone and I will happily follow the one he has for me. But, I would love to be on stage in the future. It’s a long-shot, but it’s my goal.”
Q: What is your favorite restaurant in our community?
A: “Gotta be Subway! I used to go there everyday after my guitar lessons.”
Q: What’s one of your favorite movies or Tv shows?
A: “ I love so many but if I had no narrow it down, Spider-Man, and I’m not saying which one.”
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?
A: “Still around here, in college probably at UNG. Hopefully not doing anything too stupid, but most importantly, I wanna be happy and be surrounded by people I know love me.”
Q: What is your go-to band?
A: “I don’t have a specific one in mind, I love all different kinds of bands depending on my mood. Although, Ella (my girlfriend) and I both have listened to The Backseat Lovers a lot and it’s always a go to.
Q: What’s your favorite month and holiday?
A: “December is definitely the best month and Christmas is the best holiday. I love the winter time and spending time with my family during the break.”
Q: Who inspires you to be better?
A: “My older sister. She has faced a lot of adversity and has always been super mature and very happy and I look up to that.”
Q: Is there anyone at North Hall you think we should interview?
A: “Noah Bonine, he is my best friend and he is hilarious. Also, Ella Gilstrap! She’s always been such a huge light in the community and is the sweetest and most Godly person I’ve ever met. She really continues to make me smile everyday, and make me the happiest I’ve ever been!”
