In memory of Trina Wingo. This interview was done 5 months before her passing. Trina was the first teacher we interviewed and published.  She was so loved by her school and community.

Trina was the Business teacher and Cheerleading coach for North Hall. Every Friday she stood outside her door giving candy to anyone who walked by. She is a mother of 5 sons and 3 daughters all of whom have graduated from North Hall except her youngest daughter. Kaylie Wingo is a 9th grader at North Hall. Trina was also in charge of the Future Business Leaders of America at North Hall. Trina was positive and encouraging to others, and will be greatly missed.

To know Trina was to love her. She was one of a kind. We are thankful for the legacy that she left.

  1. North Hall is blessed to have Trina Wingo on staff with us! She does a lot of behind the scenes work for school events with a smile on her face and care in her heart. I consistently see her demonstrating care for others and building impactful relationships with both her students and the girls she coaches on her cheer team. Way to be AMAZING Trina Wingo!!!
